Rates and Fees

At Virginia Hill WSC, we are committed to providing reliable, high-quality water service to our community. In order to continue maintaining and improving our water system infrastructure, it has become necessary to adjust our rates and service fees.

 

Effective October 1, 2025, the following changes will take place:

  • New Meter Installations: Installation fees for new meters will be adjusted to reflect current material and labor costs.
  • Meter Reservice Fees: Reservice fees will also be updated to cover the costs of labor, equipment, and administrative processing.
