Online Bill Pay Now Available

We are excited to announce online bill pay. You may now pay your bill online, 24/7. We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover. Click the Pay Your Bill Now button to the right or at the bottom of this page to get started.

Payment made using a credit or debit card online will incur a $2.50 fee for all payments up to $65.00 and 3.95% fee for all payments over $65.00.

Please Use Caution when paying your bill online. Be sure you are using our offical online bill pay provider, PAYSTAR, to pay your bill online. If you choose to use a bill payment website that is NOT affiliated with us, please be aware that the website may charge extra fees & that your payment may not be received by the due date. This will cause your account to be subject to disconnection and/or service fees.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon (the right side of the billing statement that has your name and mailing address on it). If the payment coupon is not returned with your payment, a $1.00 administrative fee will be added to the account and will appear on your next billing.

To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. If the due date falls on a holiday or weekend, payments will be accepted the next business day after the due date without a late charge being added to the account.

Payment Drop-Off Location

In-person payments are not being accepted at this time. We have a payment drop-box on the front of the office building, located to the right of the door, to make your payment. Place your payment in an envelope and drop it into the drop-box. We accept check, cash or money order.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. If the payment coupon is not returned with your payment, a $1.00 administrative fee will be added to your next billing. Payments may take up to five to seven business days to arrive at our office once your bank prints the check to be mailed to us. Please consult with your bank for more information.
