Rates and Fees

At Virginia Hill WSC, we are committed to providing reliable, high-quality water service to our community. In order to continue maintaining and improving our water system infrastructure, it has become necessary to adjust our rates and service fees.
Effective October 1, 2025, the following changes will take place:
- New Meter Installations: Installation fees for new meters will be adjusted to reflect current material and labor costs.
- Meter Reservice Fees: Reservice fees will also be updated to cover the costs of labor, equipment, and administrative processing.
Effective October 24, 2025, the following changes will take place:
- Base Rate/ Water Rates: There will be an increase in the base rate and water rates to support ongoing system maintenance and future upgrades.
We understand that rate adjustments can be an inconvenience, and we want to assure you that this decision was made by the Board of Directors after careful review and consideration. These adjustments are necessary to maintain system reliability, comply with regulatory requirements, and ensure that we can continue to provide safe and dependable water service to all customers.
